Pipeline Flushing & Commissioning
Full pre commission cleaning programmes for chilled water, LTHW and process pipework. Dynamic and static flushing methodologies, filtration to submicron levels, and full chemical treatment cycles delivered to BSRIA BG29 with documented particulate and chemistry sign off.

Geothermal Purging
High flow purging of ground source heat pump loops to remove air, debris and particulate before glycol charging. We restore heat transfer performance on underperforming installations and commission new arrays for peak efficiency.

Remediation
Diagnostic led remediation for systems that no longer meet design intent. From fouled heat exchangers and blocked chilled beams to corroded headers and cavitating pumps, we identify the root cause and restore capacity without full replacement.

Early Commissioning
